Yadkin Valley Home Health Participates in Food Truck 5K to Benefit Hugh Chatham Aquatic & Wellness Center
On Saturday, September 27th, Yadkin Valley Home Health participated in the annual Food Truck 5K given by Hugh Chatham Aquatic & Wellness Center. A team of 10 raced to raise money to benefit the wellness center’s programs and equipment fund.
